Protein-Packed Hot and Saucy Crab Dip

Tired of hummus? Salsa? Guacamole? While these dips are quite tasty and not so bad for your health, try something new. We created a delicious recipe: hot and saucy crab dip. It has a nice spice to it from the horseradish and Worcester sauce, but isn’t too overpowering with the cream cheese added in.

Crab is a good source of protein as well, which will help fill you up before you eat 20 something crackers with dip on it like we so often do with salsa. Even better, spread this recipe onto a slice of bread or how about even eating it plain?

Crab promotes bone health, as it is high in phosphorus. Phosphorus also contributes to improving kidney function, which in turn speeds up the release of toxins from the body as well as helping to improve overall metabolic efficiency. This seafood also boosts mental activity due to its wide range of nutrients of copper, vitamin B2, selenium, and omega-3 fatty acids. These strengthen the myelin and protect the nervous system, on top of reducing inflammation and plaque in neural pathways!

Make this at your next house party. This recipe is even great to prepare on Sundays for the week ahead! Enjoy.
