I am a natural health Nutritionist and if you come to me for advise I will almost always start you off with natural health remedies. So when my friend and fellow health blogger Clinical Posters asked me if I would guest post a “skin health”post I liked the idea and wrote a little post about foods that I think help the skin. Most of these foods are foods I eat or at least try to eat and some are foods my friends have sworn by. Before you go there, check out a little video I made today featuring an ” Lymphatic Massage” that pulls the water away from your face. It takes about 3 minutes a day and really helps to pull fluids from your skin. When you eat sweet, salty foods that tend to retain fluids you can do this easy massage and still look bloat free.
