Marie-Roseline Darnycka Bélizaire is a country preparedness and international health regulations officer for the World Health Organization. After supporting the response of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) to the Ebola outbreak, she was recently relocated to the Central African Republic (CAR) to advise on and assist the response to covid-19.
