Wholesome Recipe: Smoked Salmon Unda Wrap

This breakfast is an ode to Indian road meals, the Egg Kati Roll, often known as “Unda Model”, which suggests Egg Model. Historically, this dish has a tasty filling in an egg omelette or crepe, with the entire thing wrapped in naan bread.

INGREDIENTS:

1 tablespoon of low-fat, common Greek yogurt

¼ teaspoon lemon peel

½ teaspoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed

1 sprouted complete wheat tortilla

three slices (approx. 60 g) salmon smoked salmon

⅓ small purple onion, thinly sliced

½ teaspoon capers

four cherry tomatoes, lower into quarters

1 handful of rocket

MANUAL:

Combine the yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Put apart.

Warmth the olive oil in a small non-stick pan. Add the egg and toss it round to create a good crepe-like backside that covers the dimensions and form of your pan, very like you’d prepare dinner an omelette. Let the egg crepe work for about 1 minute.
