If you haven’t tried our newest sweet treats yet, you absolutely have to — they’re incredibly delicious on their own and you’ll spend the rest of the year trying to figure out how they’re so good with less than 1g of sugar. That’s why we’re excited to share this recipe for Chocolate Pomegranate Peanut Butter Cup Bark!

CHOCOLATE POMEGRANATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK

Ingredients
CHOCOLATE POMEGRANATE PEANUT BUTTER BARK
- 6 oz sugar free chocolate bar, chopped
- 1 package Quest Peanut Butter Cups
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sprinkles
Method
- Place the chopped chocolate in a heat-proof bowl over a small pot of simmering water.
- Stir the chocolate until it’s smooth and remove from the heat.
- Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet and spread the chocolate in an even layer.
- Top with Quest Peanut Butter Cups pieces — you can cut or break these up as you see fit.
- Add in the pomegranate seeds and sprinkles.
- Chill until solid — cut or break into 10 squares when ready to serve
- Enjoy!
